சென்னையின் அடுத்துள்ள 'ஜமீன் எண்டதூர்' என்ற இடத்தில் இதற்கான நிலத்தை வாங்கி முதல் கட்ட வேலையை செய்து வருகிறார்.

இதை ஒரு 'ஆராய்சி' போல் செய்து, இது வெற்றி பெற்றால் இதைப் போல் பரவிக் கிடக்கும் பல கரிசல் பூமிகளை செம்மை படுத்த முடியும் என்பது அவர் கணிப்பு.
இதன் மூலம் சிலருக்கு வேலை வாய்ப்பும், பலருக்கு in-direct உபயோகங்களும் கிட்டும்.

இவர் எடுத்த இந்த முயற்சியின் முதல் கட்டம் முடிவடைய இன்னும் 5 வருடங்கள் பிடிக்கும். முழுவதும் முடிய 12 வருடங்கள் ஆகும் என கணக்கிட்டுள்ளார்.
